Until recently it was only possible for waiting passengers in the baggage reclaim area or waiting meeters and greeters in the arrival hall to wave at each other through the glass wall. Now it is also possible for them to have a chat with their children, good friends or dear ones while they are waiting for their bags to arrive. And vice versa. Via two special phones on that same glass wall.
The two phones are situated in Arrivals 3 and can be recognised by the red and white square tiles around the logo on the glass. This service is free of charge.
