It is possible that you had to replace your credit card between the time of the booking and the time you drive into the car park. You can choose from two options:
- You can announce your arrival to the service desk at the car park via the intercom on the column where you first drive in. Staff will then check your booking using the e-mail confirmation that you must always have with you when you arrive and depart. They will then issue you a parking card that is linked to your reservation. You can also use this card to exit the car park.
- You can also give your new credit card number to the airport a minimum of three working days before the start date of your reservation. The airport will then update your new data in the reservation system and you can enter and exit the car park using your new credit card.
