Jan Dellaert square turns orange

All matches will be broadcasted live on the big Panasonic screen. A half hour before the matches start the stadium will be open for spectators.

During all matches the stadium was filled with supporters from all over the world. But especially during the matches of the Netherlands the stadium was fully filled with the most enthusiastic crowd you can imagine. Everybody was dressed in orange. Also the square around the stadium was filled with supporters.

The World Cup stadium is sponsored by Continental. As partner of the World Cup tournament Continental also wanted to show their campaign on Schiphol. Not only the stadium is sponsored by them, but they’ve also booked one of the Giant Ligth Boxes on the Vision Square and are visible on the Digital Pier Package, Digital Plaza Package, Astrovision screen and Arrival Package.

Next to the stadium Continental placed an inflatable goal next to the stadium for brand activation. This goal was there every other day.

Nuon also placed an inflatable goal and was there every other day instead of Continental.

To promote their World Cup energy shirt Nuon used several objects to get their message across. Next to commercials on the Astrovision screen they’ve placed a giant Light Box on Vision Square and an inflatable goal next to the World Cup stadium.
