Personal interaction with a fun factor

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol had the pleasure of welcoming real Smurfs to the terminal. Papa Smurf and Smurfette both danced around the terminal to celebrate their new 3D movie, which plays in theatres now.

The adorable Smurfs entertained the little passengers and treated them to ice-creams to make their time at the airport one big smurfing party. There was opportunity to have your picture taken with the two friendly Smurfs.

The Smurfs created a playful and enjoyable moment for the airport passengers at Check-in, big and small. Their appearance was highly appreciated and resulted in a relaxed and carefree moment, which was photographed by many of our departing passengers.

Papa Smurf and Smurfette brought along one more friend: inflatable Smurf! But due to the weather, this blue buddy had to lay low. We wouldn’t want to see him smurfing away!
