The ‘Welcome Teams’ welcomed the passengers at the airport, showed them the way and answered questions. Next to this these teams informed passengers about the catering establishments and attractions.

Because of the 55th birthday of Miffy, the world famous rabbit from Holland, a real size Miffy was placed for 10 days behind passport control. Accompanied by a hostess children could play a full scale Miffy memory game and could have their picture taken together with one of the three 1.7 meter high Miffy statues.
