Schiphol hosts seminar Dutch Japanese trade association

Last Thursday June 9, Schiphol hosted a seminar for all members of Dujat, the Dutch-Japanese trade association.

During the seminar Schiphol provided an update on the latest developments. This was followed by the Dutch Customs organisation, which provided more information on Smartgate and Authorised Economic Operators. Baker & McKenzie gave an interesting presentation on combating counterfeits and long-time Dujat member Nippon Express concluded by explaining why the Netherlands is such an important gateway to Europe for them.
