Top logistics institute about to take off
The Dutch Institute for Advanced Logistics (DINALOG) presented its business plan on November 3. Dinalog is the premier European Institute for applied research and executive Post-Experience Education in logistics and supply chain management.
Dinalog is to become the leading institute and meeting platform for innovative parties in national and international commerce and science - a place where knowledge is shared and where innovative methods and processes are developed in collaborative projects.
Six months ago Dutch Cabinet Ministers Verhoeven (Economic Affairs) and Eurlings (Transport) gave instructions for this technological centre of excellence to be founded as part of the Van Laarhoven Committee’s innovation programme. The aim of that programme is to make the Netherlands the European market leader in controlling flows of goods passing through one or more European Countries. Enno Osinga is a member of Dinalog’s Executive Board. For further details, please visit www.dinalog.nl.
