Schiphol Group also operates certain components of the AirportCity concept at airports outside the Netherlands.

Commercial Activities in Sweden
Schiphol Group has participated in a joint venture with Swedavia at Arlanda Airport in Stockholm since 2003. The joint venture is responsible for management of all commercial facilities in the Arlanda Airport terminals and in SkyCity, which houses the main retail centre and train station and is open to the public.

In January 2010 the joint venture expanded to Göteborg Landvetter Airport, with a view to boosting commercial profits and customer satisfaction. Schiphol Group appoints the managing director for the joint venture.

Malpensa Real Estate
Schiphol Real Estate works together with local government authorities and Italian landowners to develop real estate on and in the vicinity of Milan’s Malpensa Airport through Malpensa Real Estate. Projects developed by Malpensa Real Estate include Avioport Logistics Park – a logistics park adjacent to the airport – and MXP Business Park – an office park located across from Malpensa Airport’s international terminal.

Tradeport Hong Kong
Tradeport Logistics Centre is a logistics centre at Hong Kong International Airport and is a joint venture between Hong Kong Land, China National Aviation Corporation, Fraport AG and Schiphol Group.
