Margot A. Scheltema new Supervisory Director at Schiphol Group

Ms M. (Margot) A. Scheltema has succeeded Mr T. (Toon) H. Woltman as member of the Schiphol Group Supervisory Board. Mr Woltman had been a Supervisory Director since 1998 and has fulfilled the maximum term of office of twelve years.
Ms Scheltema has been nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board and appointed on the basis of the so-called increased powers of recommendation of the Central Works Council of Schiphol Group. Schiphol Group and its Central Works Council feel this candidate is a director who will be able to make a significant contribution to the social function and enterprising operations of the organisation.
Ms Scheltema has gained ample international and financial experience at multinational company Shell, particularly in the fields of corporate control and financial and risk management. In her most recent position at Shell she was the Finance Director of Shell Nederland B.V. Ms Scheltema currently is a Supervisory Director at Triodos Bank NV, ASR Insurance Nederland, the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN) and the Rijksmuseum. She is also a member of the Financial Reporting Committee of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
