Exchange Avenue
Exchange Avenue’s conference halls are designed to facilitate to 2 to 80 people. The four boardrooms have a capacity of up to 14 people. Staeten I & II in reception style can host 80 persons, in U-shape 30 persons. All meeting rooms are equipped with comfortable furniture and feature state-of-the-art equipment to ensure a smoothly-run event.

Reception and support
The team of Exchange Avenue will make all the necessary arrangements, allowing you to focus all your attention on the meeting. With Exchange Avenue reception desk staff on duty 24/7, we can also make arrangements at the last minute.

Catering
The team will make sure that refreshments of your choice are served at the appropriate time. For example, the Exchange Avenue coffee lounge offers complementary fresh coffee, espresso or tea throughout the day.
