KPN Internet Centre & Zones
Schiphol, in collaboration with KPN, offers wireless Internet throughout the airport. You can even access the Internet right up to the gates. You may choose between Free WiFi and Premium WiFi on your own laptop, PDA or tablet PC. If you have not taken a suitable device enabling Internet access with you, and if you’re looking to connect online, you may use the computers providing Premium Internet in the KPN Internet Centres. The Internet Centres or Zones can be found in Departure Lounges 1, 2, 3 and 4, at a number of piers and at Schiphol Plaza.
Prepaid Premium Internet
Prepaid Premium Internet can be purchased online via any computer, the payment machines (both with a credit card) that can be found in the Internet Centres or in cash at a nearby retail outlet. The computer screens show which catering or retail outlet near the computer sells prepaid Premium Internet.
KPN Internet Centre
The Internet Centres provide various self-service Internet facilities. For instance, the centres provide quiet and comfortable workspaces with computers providing Premium Internet. In addition, you can print, scan, copy and connect your own laptop via a LAN connection to Premium Internet. The instructions for these services are provided on location.
Each computer in Departure Lounge 2 is equipped with a keyboard providing a USB connection offering you the opportunity to e-mail and/or print your own files. In addition, facilities are available for charging the battery of your mobile telephone or laptop. This service is provided free of charge.
The KPN Internet Centres are open 24 hours a day and can be found after passport control in Departure Lounge 1 and on the second floor of Departure Lounge 2.
KPN Internet Zones
The zones also offer the use of computers and obviously your own laptop. KPN Internet zones can be found at Schiphol Plaza and after passport control in Departure Lounge 1,
Pier C (near C10), Departure Lounge 3 (Pier G), Pier D and Departure Lounge 4 (Pier M).
Helpdesk
If you have any questions when using the above services, you may contact the helpdesk at any time of day, every day of the week. The KPN Internet Centres have a telephone providing direct access to the helpdesk. Simply pick up the receiver and you will be connected to the helpdesk.
