XD Theatre at Schiphol Plaza

Schiphol Plaza boasts a new entertainment feature: an XD Theatre! The XD Theatre shows films in 3D. There are a number of different ‘rides’ to choose from:

Canyon Coaster leads you on a dizzying journey through the canyons and mines of the Wild West. Jett & Jinn lets you share in the adventures of a little boy and his cat flying through the city and Snowride takes you on an exciting race across snow-covered ski slopes, chased by pirates on an inflatable tropical island.

New films are regularly added to the range on offer.
Wearing a pair of polarised 3D glasses and seated in a special motion-based chair, visitors experience a spectacular adventure heightened by sound, wind and lighting effects. The theatre seats eight persons per showing and tickets cost €5. The films are four to five minutes long, and this is all it takes to gain an exciting new experience!
